Conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar has filed another complaint with Delhi LG VK Saxena alleging threat by Delhi minister
Satyendar Jain and former DG Tihar Sandeep Goel on behalf of CM
Arvind Kejriwal. He has sought the LG’s direction to "the CBI to initiate urgent investigation" and allow him to register an FIR.
- Money: Chandrashekhar claims Rs 72.50 crore was paid to Delhi minister Satyendar Jain, former Tihar DG Sandeep Goel and Delhi minister Kailash Gahlot, alleging that Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal directly gave instruction in every matter.
- Funding polls: He claimed that he gave about Rs 50 crore to the AAP during Punjab and Goa polls.
- Target Kejriwal: Chandrashekhar claimed that Kejriwal asked him to 'mobilise' large contributors who would be given positions in the party and to bring 20-30 people from Karnataka and Tamil Nadu to contribute about Rs 500 crore.
- Linked to BJP? “I have read the news and seen that Arvind Kejriwal has tweeted that the BJP is putting me forward during election times and he wrote that I am the country's biggest thug which is misleading and diverting from the issue."
- Why now? In his letter, Chandrashekhar writes, “As it became too much and I don’t have any need to take all this from you [Kejriwal], I decided to move as per law. Not because someone or anyone is asking me to do so.”
- And a counter-threat: Chandrashekhar threatened to expose Kejriwal saying, “...as it would then force me to reveal a few other things which are very personal which you or Mr Jain will not be happy with in any form, details of which will shock the country. You know exactly what I’m talking about.”
