TRUTHOnly the photo of Tejashwi on the tricolour podium is authentic. The images of CM Nitish and PM Modi on Indian tricolour are a digitally-altered version of Tejashwi’s photo.
VERIFICATION AND METHODOLOGYUsing reverse-image search, we found a video posted by ZEE5 on October 26, 2020. Titled ‘Bihar Elections 2020: RJD's Tejaswi Yadav Addresses Public On Platform Painted In Tricolour’, the over one-minute-long video had Yadav jumping on to a tricolour podium to wave and greet the crowd at his rally.
As per the description given to the video reads, Yadav wanted to be seen and appear taller than others present in the rally. To ensure that he jumped on to the tricolor podium and started addressing the crowd from there. It can be watched

The original image of Yadav standing on tricolour podium was posted by the official account of Rashtriya Lok Samta Party on October 22, 2020.
Looking at the images of Modi and Nitish, it becomes obvious that both of them are digitally-doctored versions of the same photo of Tejashwi.
