Weeks after Tanushree Dutta accused veteran actor Nana Patekar of sexually harassing her on the sets of ‘Horn Ok Pleassss’, the film’s producer Samee Siddiqui, director Rakesh Sarang, Cine & TV Artists Association (CINTAA) member Raza Murad and former FTII chairperson Gajendra Chauhan were caught on tape mocking the actress and making sexist remarks.

Tanushree Dutta's allegations of sexual harassment against Nana Patekar have opened a whole new can of worms in the film industry. According to the latest developments, the trio of Horn 'Ok' Pleassss director Rakesh Sarang, the producer Samee Siddiqui and the film's choreographer Ganesh Acharya have been accused of sexual misconduct under the sections of 354 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code. They have been summoned by police and have recorded their statements. Tanushree's lawyer Nitin Satpute reportedly said that her statement has been recorded in English and that the lawyer made a special request to write it in English so that she can understand the language as her statements were being written in Marathi.

Based on her complaint filed in October 2018 a case was registered against Nana, choreographer of the song Ganesh Acharya, the film's producer Samee Siddiqui and director Rakesh Sarang - for allegedly molesting the actress on the sets of the movie.

CINTAA had sent a notice to Nana Patekar seeking explanation on the allegations made by Tanushree Dutta. The committee had said it will look into this matter at the earliest and action will be taken accordingly. Nana finally responded to their notice and called the allegations as 'false' and 'baseless'.
