The ICC on Wednesday announced the lineup of match officials for the upcoming U-19 men's World Cup with umpire KNA Padmanabhan and match referee Narayanan Kutty being the two Indian representatives.

There are no umpires from the country representing the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) at the ongoing U-19 World Cup in the West Indies. However, six umpires from India, chosen by five associate countries, are part of the 19-member team.

Anil Chaudhary is the lone Indian named in the list of 19 match officials, including 16 umpires, for the upcoming ICC U-19 World Cup starting in South Africa from January 17.

Nitin Menon will officiate in his fourth T20 World Cup, while Anantha Padmanabhan makes his debut at an ICC event. Menon is set to reach 150 international matches as an on-field umpire. Kumar Dharmasena, a veteran, will also be officiating, having already stood in 37 T20 World Cup matches.
