Let’s face it—people plan a trip to the province of Malaga purely to explore the beaches of Costa Del Sol. The region boasts of some of the most stunning beaches in the country. The glistening waters of these beaches have graced many a tourism brochure and have succeeded in attracting thousands of tourists to southern Spain every year. The area has over 800 km of coastline and dozens of beaches. There is something for everyone—secluded beaches, pebbly beaches, surfing beaches, nudist beaches and beaches for family holidays. Torremolinos is one of the most popular stretches of coastline but it can get very crowded. Playa Del Cristo is the perfect choice if you’re travelling with kids. This gorgeous beach has all the facilities you might need for a great day out. Bolonia is one of the coolest beaches of Costa Del Sol. A small section is reserved for windsurfing, but other than that this little-known beach is perfect for whiling away time on a lazy day. It’s home to a number of healthy eateries and smoothie bars.
