It almost feels like you have left Las Vegas and entered into a restaurant in Paris when you walk into Bardot Brasserie. The owners here have someone managed to keep an authentic French feel, while still having it completely modern. Walk into white tile floors, leather booths and a gorgeous bar. Chef Michael Mina has a philosophy when he creates the food and menus here, and that philosophy is to create balance and harmony in everything we eat. The menu includes spectacular items such as towers of the freshest shellfish, oak-smoked pork chops, racks of lamb, and an impressive number of steaks. Insiders hint – ask for a tasting of all their steak sauces before deciding on which one to have, as they are all equally impressive. The cocktail menu can be overwhelming as some as the choices seem endless, but make sure to take a recommendation from the staff as they truly know what they are talking about. From the gorgeous large glass backed bar, the friendly chef, to the impressive celebrities that dine here, Bardot Brasserie is not a restaurant to be missed in Las Vegas.Refrain from posting comments that are obscene, defamatory or inflammatory, and do not indulge in personal attacks, name calling or inciting hatred against any community.
