Authorities arrested him on March 18, accusing him of lewd and lascivious behavior with a minor. Police say he allegedly molested a 9-year-old girl during a family vacation in Panama City Beach, Florida, back in 2020. According to the Bay County Sheriff’s Office, he’ll be extradited to Florida to face those charges.Investigators say the case came to light when a now-14-year-old girl spoke to authorities in a forensic interview. She told them Joseph repeatedly asked her to sit on his lap and later beside him on a couch, pulling a blanket over them. Under the cover of that blanket, according to police, he touched her inappropriately and manipulated her underwear. She said the abuse stopped only after Joseph apologized.
