Two days ago, the actress filed a police complaint for domestic violence and infidelity against Adil after which he was arrested. He is currently in judicial custody. Ever since the news of Rakhi Sawant’s marriage to Adil Khan Durrani went viral in January this year, the couple has been constantly in the news. Rakhi now is accusing him of infidelity and harassment. After her mother's demise, Rakhi made allegations and also filed a police complaint.

There has just been too much drama in this relationship, so much so people don't know what to take seriously and what not to. A while back, Rakhi cried in front of the media saying Adil was refusing to admit that they got married in July last year. She said, “I got married to Adil in July last year after three months of knowing him. We had a nikah ceremony and a court marriage. Since he stopped me from disclosing it, I remained tightlipped for the past seven months. Now he isn't acknowledging our marriage." In two days, Adil acknowledged the marriage and the two made a video together where he said, "I never said I am not married to you Rakhi. Just that I had to handle a few things, so I chose to be quiet." All of this happened just 2-3 weeks ago.

It all started when in June last year Rakhi made a video call to Adil at a public event and announced her relationship. Adil, who is six years younger to Rakhi, also apparently gifted her a car after which they started dating. The two were then spotted together multiple times by the paparazzi. They even became part of a music video. But there was drama even then. Around November 2022, she accused Adil of assaulting her, but later she said it wasn't true!

For many years, she kept telling the world that she was married to someone called Ritesh. Finally, she entered the Bigg Boss 15 house two years ago with somebody who she introduced as Ritesh. Later it was found that he was already married with kids! Soon after the show was over, Rakhi split with Ritesh saying he has kids, something she wasn't aware of earlier.

Another publicity stunt was a press conference in 2018, when she said that she would marry comedian Deepak Kalal. Of course, nobody believed her and eventually Deepak and she had a fall-out after which they started hitting out at each other on social media.

Many years ago, Rakhi Sawant was dating actor Abhishek Awasthi. The ex-couple was also part of dance reality show Nach Baliye 3. Their relationship ended on a sour note; in 2011, on Valentine's day, Rakhi slapped Abhishek in front of the media after she found out that he was cheating on her.

Somewhere in 2009, Rakhi Ka Swayamwar took place on national television. On the reality show, she met NRI Elesh Parujanwala. He was the chosen one. However, a few months later, the two broke off citing compatibility issues. That's when people started saying the show was entirely staged.
