Border 2 actor Vimarsh Roshan says, 'I don’t want to limit myself' on managing TV and films
Actor Vimarsh Roshan, known for his work in television shows like Pukaar - Dil Se Dil Tak, Baalveer Returns, Naagin (Season 1), Balika Vadhu, RadhaKrishn and Adaalat, says 2026 has begun on a very positive note for him.
The actor was recently seen in the Bollywood film Border 2 and believes the year ahead holds a lot of promise. “2026 for me is a blessing,” Vimarsh says. “I’m sure my role in Border 2 was noticed. The appreciation and love I’ve received on social media has been thrilling. I truly feel blessed. My new television show Mr. and Mrs. Parshuram will start soon, and apart from that, I have more projects coming up,” he shares.
Talking about his experience shooting for Border 2, Vimarsh reveals, “I played a Pakistani fighter pilot with the code name Viper, who was leading the air attacks. I enjoyed the entire filming process. I’ve worked with green screens before, but such roles demand strong imagination to make everything believable.” He adds that being part of a big project came as a pleasant surprise. “Finding myself in the trailer of a multi-starrer film was unexpected and very special for me.”
Looking ahead, the actor says he doesn’t want to restrict himself to any single medium. “As an actor, I don’t want to limit myself. I’m open to working across all platforms. If a role excites me, I take it irrespective of whether it’s television, OTT or films. One always aspires for more, but my focus is on doing better work in better projects — irrespective of the screen size or medium.”
