From Yeh Rishta's Pratiksha Honmukhe deleting her post on termination to Bharti Singh on not being a part of Kapil Sharma's new show; Top TV news of the week

An extremely eventful week adds some interesting revelations. From Garvita Sadhwani and Rohit Purohit talking about replacing Shehzada and Pratiksha to Bharti Singh revealing why she isn't a part of Kapil Sharma's OTT show. Interestingly, Farah Khan also visited Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakar's house for Iftaari. A look at top TV news of the week.

Garvita Sadhwani and Rohit Purohit replaced Pratiksha Honmukhe and Shehzada Dhami in the show as Armaan and Ruhi. In an exclusive conversation with ETimes TV, Garvita said, "I’m enjoying working on Yeh Rishta a lot. Recently on Holi our first episode aired and the audience gave us a very good response and I am so grateful. Touchwood! The audience likes my work and we are getting positive comments. I am reading all the comments that the fans are sending. They are writing to me that Ruhi is looking very cute. People are praising my acting and the cutest comment that I came across was that Ruhi and Abhira are finally looking like sisters. I have got a really warm reception from the audience and the journey is going to be great working on the show."

Rohit added, "While giving the mock shoot I wasn’t aware that it was for Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. It was only once it got approved from the channel I was told it was for Yeh Rishta and after that Meri Khushi ka koi thikana nahi raha…"

Shoaib Ibrahim captivated millions of hearts with his dance abilities and journey on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11. During the dance reality show, he developed a particular bond with judge, choreographer, and filmmaker Farah Khan. She always complimented and inspired Shoaib to do his best, and she also gave him the title 'Jhalak ka Shah Rukh Khan'. Farah Khan did something special this Ramadan for Shoaib and his wife Dipika Kakar. Farah Khan recently paid Shoaib and Dipika Kakar a visit for iftari and supper during Ramadan, and she also gave their son Ruhaan a gold bracelet, demonstrating their strong bond. The director spent significant time with Shoaib's mother, father, and other family members.

Lalit exclusively shared with ETimes TV, "One of the things we were looking from the sharks was, obviously, it was about having a marketing prowess. Going into the tank, Sharks like Aman, who has built an amazing marketing organization, was something that was exciting. Anupam, I think, is extremely sharp. So would have brought that to them as well. I was excited by Vineeta and Peyush because they've actually built offline businesses. So it was exciting."

With the recent rumours of pregnancy, Aishwarya Sharma exclusively spoke to BT, "These rumours don’t affect me but, in an era when social media has become such a powerful tool to reach a wider audience quickly, my pregnancy story also spread like wildfire. I was flooded with messages from family, relatives, and friends, raising their hopes. This is the third time I have been subjected to pregnancy rumours. I hate being used to grab eyeballs. I want it to stop and urge people to wait for us to announce it. When we are pregnant, the world will know. We won’t hide it."

Pratiksha Honmukhe posted a video of Ruhi from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai show, claiming that she regarded her as more than a persona. She remembers the first day of shooting. It was her first performance, so everything was new to her. She stated that on her first day, she realized the necessity of facing the camera. She also mentioned that she met both kind and nasty people on her journey.

Pratiksha had deleted the post where she penned, "Got to know that it’s very easy for people to judge you or to comment on you because you are a public figure,they will not think even once before judging you. Understood that people can really be cruel and can say mean things for real without even thinking the repercussions of it… learnt that you can be at the most successful point of your life and your mental health can totally fall down."

Shiv exclusively shared with ETimes TV that there was unnecessary poking during his stint, he said, "I just felt a few things that would just happen before the performance was nothing but unnecessary poking. It was not right. I am a very emotional person and I do get hurt even with such small things. I think till the time I don’t change myself I’ll keep getting hurt. But I also know I won’t change myself. I am very attached to my shows as it is bread and butter. I look at the positive side of things."

Bharti Singh exclusively shared with ETimes TV, whether she would be a part of Kapil Sharma's OTT show or not, she said, "For now I don't have any plans on joining Kapil bhai. But if something happens then I will surely join in. Currently, I am busy with my projects, podcasts, shooting Dance Deewane and all but if I get a call then I will surely go. For now, I have quite a few things in my kitty and less time to devote to something new."

Divyanka opened up about how she deals with judgemental comments, she said, "Yes, the world is very judgemental. Our society judges people on the basis of looks like ohh she’s too simple and bholi bhali she won’t be able to do action or when I try something new they would comment on my body type. There are times when someone would comment on my English, my body, my looks. This just goes on and on but what keeps me going is that am I doing my bit well? I just focus on giving my best in everything I do."
