Laughter Chefs fame Jannat Zubair and her younger brother Ayaan Zubair were reportedly involved in a shocking and disturbing road incident in Panvel (Navi Mumbai) on Monday. The actress shared a statement on her Instagram handle. The statement also said that the siblings are safe and that the police are actively investigating the incident, which reportedly took place in Panvel.
Jannat shared a statement on her Instagram handle, which read, "Hi all, We would like to update everyone that Jannat and Ayaan faced a distressing experience involving physical assault and a brazen chase incident on the highway during broad daylight yesterday. Currently, the investigation is ongoing, with the police authorities actively looking into the matter. Jannat and Ayaan are safe now. We truly appreciate your concern and are thankful for the constant support.”
She further mentioned in her caption, "We request your trust in the update shared here. Please refrain from speculation or spreading unverified information.”
For the uninitiated, Jannat started her career as a child actor and made her debut with TV show Phulwa. She became a household name after doing shows like Phulwa and Kashi – Ab Na Rahe Tera Kagaz Kora. Later, the actress forayed into films and acted alongside Shraddha Kapoor in Love Ka The End. She played her younger sister. Jannat also went on to play a lead role in a popular daily soap Tu Aashiqui. It was her first show as a grownup.
Jannat has also acted in films like Hichki and participated in reality shows such as Khatron Ke Khiladi 12 and The Traitor. The actress is also one of India’s most-followed digital influencers and enjoys millions of followers across social media platforms.
Jannat's brother, Ayaan, is also an actor. He began his acting career as a child with the historical show Jodha Akbar, where he played the role of young Salim. He also did shows like Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat, Mahabali Hanuman, and Meri Awaaz Hi Pehchaan Hai. Apart from films, Ayaan also stepped into films and appeared in Gully Boy and Baaghi 3.

No need to investigate rich people problems. These people have enough money for private security and these kind of peole think they are entitled to use the government resources as per their whims and wishes. Let them stay put in hotels where they can click photos for instagram. Police has many other critical cases to work on and they are short staffed.
