Bharti talks about her diet

She added, "I am confused because I did not eat anything that would trigger my sugars or increase them, nor am I in any stress. I have been extremely particular about my diet. I only eat millets and have completely cut off rotis and rice and other forms of carbs, so I don't know why my sugar has come so high, and I am extremely worried because I don't know. I just want it shouldn't affect my baby in any way." (Photo: Instagram)

Bharti informed her fans that her husband, Haarsh Limbaachiya, was in Dubai for some professional work, and since he is not around she is even more anxious. "Haarsh is not in town, he had to leave for Dubai for some work last night, and I am just feeling so lost right now. Whenever Harsh is around I feel more confident and more calm; he is not just my husband, but he is also my best friend, my confidant and everything in my life – so now that he is not there I am fretting even more,” she revealed. Bharti gets scolded by her doctor

Bharti went on to share that her earlier average sugar level (HbA1c) was 4.5, which had left her doctor very impressed. However, it has now climbed to 6.7 — a range that falls into the diabetic category, and that shift has made her very anxious and alert about her health. After consulting her doctor, Bharti mentioned that she was strongly scolded by her doctor and advised to become far more disciplined with her diet and overall routine. (Photo: Instagram)

Haarsh returns from Dubai calms her down

Later in the video, Haarsh was seen returning from Dubai after finishing his professional work. As Bharti was very nervous since the time she learnt about her increased blood sugar level, he first calmed her down. He assured her that everything will be fine. He further mentioned that Bharti got so upset that she ended up eating more than usual out of frustration. Bharti explained that she had been carefully following her diet for weeks, strictly adhering to her doctor’s instructions, yet her sugar levels still went up. Feeling irritated and defiant, she decided to ditch her usual millets for the day and ate three rotis instead. (Photo: Instagram)
