‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ February 20 written update: Abhira finds out that Maira and Mukti are at the same school

The latest episode picks up at the hostel where Maira and Mukti are already head-on at each other over some issue. Later on, Armaan and Abhira break into the hostel to meet their daughters. Armaan meets Maira and tells her that he was unable to get over not being able to say goodbye to her, and had to come back one more time to see his daughter. Abhira meets up with Mukti, surprising her, and shares that she missed her and was unable to leave without saying anything. They both also bring them food, and while Armaan carries Maira’s favorite pillow, Abhira brings Mukti’s favorite blanket.

Abhira almost finds out about Maira

As the girls talk to their parents about their first day at the school and hostel, Mukti ends up telling Abhira that she and a girl named Maira got into a fight today. Abhira gets an odd feeling and then asks her to recall Maira’s full name. Mukti struggles to remember and starts getting a little agitated. Seeing this, Abhira gets scared that it may trigger her memories and her anxiety, and tells Mukti to leave the question. She advises her to be careful and nice to everyone.




Meanwhile, the matron, who walks around the area to check on all of the girls, suspects that Mukti is hiding someone. She enters her room and quickly orders to move the blanket under which Abhira is hiding aside. Rather than getting caught, Abhira narrowly escapes the room. Maira, however, spots someone leaving the area in a hurry, though she simply wonders who it was and does not tell the matron.

When Armaan and Abhira leave the school, Maira and Mukti start fighting again, this time over the bed. While Maira insists that Mukti should sleep in her bed, the latter says that she cannot, as she is afraid of heights and cannot take the top bunk. Shruti, another student in the dorm room, calls them out and tells them that they are disturbing everyone. Meanwhile, Abhira calls her informer and asks him to give her details about Maira’s whereabouts.

Krish and Tanya argue about the baby

Back home, Krish finds out that Tanya has been taking pills to avoid getting pregnant because of Kajal’s intervention. Tanya gets frustrated at this, and the two of them argue about the decision. Krish calls her out and tells her that this is not something that only she can decide in the relationship. Tanya gets even more frustrated and then comments about how Krish said no when she actually did want a baby of her own.

Armaan comes back home and intervenes between the two of them. After finding out about the topic of argument, he advises both Tanya and Krish to only start a family when both parents are going to be a 100% ready.

Abhira finds out about Maira

Abhira waits for her informer to meet her. It is revealed that Kaveri is the one who has been sharing updates about Maira, Armaan, and the Poddar family with Abhira. She asks her whether her daughter has recently changed schools and confirms if she has joined Crown Heritage School. When Kaveri tells her yes, Abhira starts panicking. She runs back to the school premises and spots her from a distance, leaving her emotional after seeing her daughter after all these years.
