​​Arrested by NCB

Adam Pasha was arrested by the Narcotic Control Bureau (NCB), Bengaluru on October 20. According to reports, the NCB officials confirmed that Adam had allegedly purchased drugs multiple times from Anika, an alleged drug peddler, and was in touch with her.

​Adam denies all the speculations

Although Adam was under the scanner since the beginning of the #Sandalwooddrugscandal investigation, he had denied all the allegations against him with respect to the drug scandal.

Earlier, Adam informed the media that he had met Anika only at a few parties. He stated that he never even thought that she was a drug peddler at that time. Adam also denied any connection with drug abuse.

After an arrest by the NCB, Adam will be remanded to judicial custody until November 3, 2020.

After his stint in Bigg Boss Kannada 7, Adam entered the dance reality show 'Takadhimitha' as a celebrity contestant. However, he decided to walk out of the show due to alleged gender-related discrimination. Also, he has decided to file a complaint against the host Akul Balaji. Apparently, Akul made fun of Adam by targeting his gender.
