Mustafa, who is a two-star police cop, spoke about many things on the show which shocked and surprised everyone. Take a look.

Mustafa Mirza on participating in KHC

Mustafa said on the show that he never felt such pressure in life the way he felt while playing for the 'Fastest finger first' question. Mustafa said, "I have done many investigations in my life and I have been through a lot in my career but the way the 'hot seat' and the 'fastest finger first' questions haunt you are different. The pressure game of the show is really different. I have been trying my luck in the show for the last 5 years and this time I got the chance. I am blessed."

On his duty as a police officer

When host Sachin Khedekar asked Mustafa about his work, Mustafa surprised everyone saying, "There is no schedule in our duty. I sometimes come back home by 12AM or 2AM and then again join duty by 7AM. Sometimes, if there is an emergency, I don't sleep and leave home by 3AM and 4AM also."

On the effect of his 24x7 duty on family

Mustafa further said that police officers' families suffer a lot due to the unplanned duties. Shedding light on it, he said, "Along with cops, their families also suffer. I got married in 2020 and my wife did not know anything about my field. She would get really upset when I would go to my duty during odd hours. Families of cops sacrifice a lot."

Struggles during COVID-19 lockdown

Mustafa Mirza recalled his memories of the COVID-19 lockdown and said people have only seen cops beating people to stay inside but there was a battle they were fighting on the other hand. Mustafa shared an incident and shocked everyone. He said, "That was the time when the virus was at its peak. I would remove my clothes outside my home and then directly go to my washroom. Later, my wife was pregnant and she tested positive for COVID-19. It was a tough phase for us but we came out of it. People have only seen cops beating people to stay inside during lockdown but there was a different battle they were fighting."

Donating the winning amount to MPSC students

Mustafa Mirza further shocked everyone by revealing that he could not get the message of his father's demise due to his financial condition while he was preparing for the MPSC exam. He added that he would like to donate the winning amount to MPSC students. He said, "I was preparing for my MPSC. I did not have the money to even call someone. My phone was switched off. Later, I decided to call my family via my friend's phone and I got to know that they were trying to reach me. I asked why and then they said my father had passed away and they could not pass the message to me. I learned a lesson that time. And I don't want this to happen to anyone else. That's why I have decided to donate this winning amount to MPSC students."
