On the first day of Bigg Boss Telugu 7, Pallavi Prashanth was seen giving the "Lady Luck" tag to Rathika. It started as a key thing in the friendship between Rathika and Pallavi Prashanth. They both got along well with each other, and their friendship grabbed the attention of the audience and even host Nagarjuna.

All was well between Pallavi Prashanth and Rathika until the first-week nominations. Things started to fall soon and quite shockingly Rathika was seen confronting Pallavi Prashanth during the nominations. This incident raised many eyebrows in and outside the house.
Late Night Conversations
After the nomination incident, everyone thought the friendship between Pallavi Prashanth and Rathika was done and dusted. But, to everyone's surprise, these two were seen having late-night conversations in the house. This was telecasted in the Bigg Boss Unseen Extra Cuts episode.
Prashanth Jealous over Prince
After the second week of nominations, Prince Yawar was seen becoming friends with Rathika. This made Pallavi Prashanth jealous of their friendship. There were scenes where Pallavi Prashanth and Prince Yawar were seen funnily flirting with Rathika. On the weekend episode, Nagarjuna asked Rathika about her friendship with Prince and Prashanth.

At the end of the third week, things drastically changed between Prashanth and Rathika. In one such incident, Pallavi Prashanth was seen pushing Rathika, and she objected to this behavior towards her.

In the fourth week's nominations, Rathika objected to a few words of Pallavi Prashanth. They both were confronting, and Pallavi Prashanth was seen apologizing to Rathika. He even promised to maintain distance from her during their stay in the Bigg Boss House.
Rathika disappointed with Pallavi Prashanth's Powerastra win
Rathika was disappointed when Pallavi Prashanth won the Powerastra, and she did not congratulate him after the win. Before the finals, Pallavi Prashanth came towards Rathika to greet her, but she instantly ignored him. She used foul language to Pallavi Prashanth, in the process of distracting him from the task.
After Elimination
Rathika was upset during her elimination. She left the Bigg Boss house with a heavy heart and even admitted that "the entire thing is like a dream". At the time of leaving the house, she didn't speak to Pallavi Prashanth, and it wasn't expected by him.
