From Avinash-Anuja to Revanth and Anvitha: Telugu celebs who are celebrating their first Ugadi post marriage

Derived from two words “Yuga” which means age and “Adi” means beginning, 'Ugadi' is known as the New Year of the lunar calendar. While Ugadi is being celebrated with great fervour across the Telugu speaking states, Karnataka, and other parts of the country, these Telugu celeb couples are celebrating their first Ugadi post marriage. The couple, who got hitched in November 2021, are celebrating their first Ugadi today (April 2). The adorable couple has shared a picture of them draped in traditional outfits and wished everyone a happy Ugadi.

Jabardasth Avinash's wife Anuja is equally popular lately. She is currently seen in Ishmart Jodi, the reality show for couples, along with her celebrity husband Avinash.

It's the couple's first Ugadi post marriage in October, 2021. Ashika, who hails from Mangalore, shared a picture of hers flaunting her traditional look on Instagram and wished fans a happy Ugadi.

It's the first Ugadi for actress Vidyullekha Raman, who has tied the knot with entrepreneur Sanjay in September, 2021. Being a Tamilian, Vidyullekha is equally popular in the Telugu industry. Besides her stint in the Telugu reality show 'Heroes', she has made many TV appearances as well. The couple's adorable pictures from their honeymoon in Maldives are still doing the rounds on social media.

Newlyweds Revanth and Anvitha will also be celebrating their first Ugadi today. Revanth tied the knot with Anvitha Gangaraju in February this year. Interestingly, Revanth will also introduce Anvitha in the Ugadi special episode of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Telugu 14 where he'll be seen as a guest.

Noted Telugu TV actress Anshu Reddy got engaged to Soumith Reddy in August, 2021. The couple is expected to celebrate their first Ugadi post-engagement. However, rumours are rife that the actress has called off her engagement. Though they haven't made it official, a cryptic Instagram post of Anshu from the previous week indicates that all is now well between her and Soumith. It remains to be seen if this Ugadi can change things for the couple.
