Tiger Baby Films — the production house founded by Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti — has reportedly been hit by a major data theft case involving missing hard drives worth nearly ₹13 lakh. According to reports, over 100 hard drives containing important production-related material, including footage and project data, were allegedly discovered missing from the company’s Mumbai office. The case became even more shocking after an employee connected to the office was reportedly arrested during the investigation. Reports also claim the stolen hard drives were allegedly sold for ₹15,000–20,000 each. With Tiger Baby known for projects like Gully Boy and Made In Heaven, the incident has sparked serious conversation around data security and confidential content protection in the entertainment industry.
