Iran has drawn a red line on the Strait of Hormuz after the U.S. military seized an Iranian-flagged vessel near the critical waterway. Iran's vice president Mohammad Reza Aref in a terse message said, "You cannot restrict Iran's oil exports and expect free security for others."
