Gadkari, Fadnavis unveil new bridge on Mumbai-Goa highway

A new bridge on Savitri river in adjoining Raigad district opened for vehicular traffic on Monday, almost 10 months after the old British-era bridge collapsed on August 10 last year. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari along with Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and other dignitaries inaugurated the new bridge which completed a crucial link on the busy Mumbai-Goa Highway.
