Majority of Byju's shareholders vote to remove CEO

The majority of Byju's shareholders voted unanimously for removing founder CEO Byju Raveendran and his family from the board over alleged "mismanagement and failures" but the company rejected the resolutions and called it "invalid and ineffective." Rob Kalin, Etsy

Rob Kalin, a co-founder of Etsy, left his role as CEO of the company twice: once in 2008 and again in 2011. In 2005, the online marketplace was founded at Kalin's apartment in Brooklyn, New York.
