Pilibhit: Superintendent of police Kalanidhi Naithani on Monday ordered a probe into a complaint lodged by Urmila Devi of Simara Talluke Mahrajpur village who alleged that a Nepalese citizen who has Aadhaar and ration cards and bank accounts on his name in India captured her house, forcing them to leave.
“He expelled us from our house and threw goods in the open,” said Urmila Devi whose husband is mentally challenged and she is the lone breadwinner for the family.
She claimed, “The accused, Sugreev Rana, barged in my home along with a Nepalese women, and started throwing my household articles. They beat me up and forcibly ousted us from our home. He also threatened to blow the house by planting a bomb.”
Naithani told TOI, “I have ordered an intelligence probe into the matter. Appropriate action will be taken if the charges against the accused are found to be true.”
