Verdict one-sided based on ASI report only: Cong MLA Arif MasoodTimes News NetworkBhopal: Congress MLA from Bhopal (Central) seat Arif Masood on Friday called the High Court judgement “one-sided” based entirely on the ASI’s report. He said that the court did not consider the facts presented by the Muslims.“The judgement is based on the ASI’s findings. We do not agree with the decision and will go through the verdict. We will challenge the verdict in the Supreme Court,” Masood said. He argued that the Kamal Maula Mosque is a centuries-old structure and the Muslim side was not consulted during the ASI’s survey of the site. He argued that during the hearing of the case, the Muslim side had told the court that they were not involved by the ASI.
