Haryana to soon roll out Phase-2 of online transfer drive for govt employees

Chandigarh: Haryana govt will soon initiate Phase-2 of the Online Transfer Drive, covering 271 cadres across 29 departments/boards, under the Model Online Transfer Policy (MOTP), 2025, a govt spokesperson on Monday.The spokesperson said the departments have begun updating data of all regular employees on the Intra Haryana portal ahead of the transfer drive. All concerned employees have been asked to log in and verify their profile details, and contact the designated authority/checker indicated alongside each table on the portal in case of any discrepancy. Timely and accurate data updates are essential, as these details are directly linked to key parameters under the policy, including calculation of service length in a unit, merit points and eligibility criteria.Notably, the Model Online Transfer Policy is a merit-based, digital system designed to ensure fair, transparent, and efficient employee transfers across govt cadres to enhance administrative efficiency and job satisfaction.All employees are advised to carefully study the provisions of the Model Online Transfer Policy, 2025, and subsequent amendment, and ensure that their profiles are duly verified and updated through the respective checkers on or before Feb 20.
