Delhi: Traffic flow smooth in most parts despite rain from dusk to dawn
Thursday proved apleasant surprise for Delhiites. Not only was the day cool and agreeable, but the rain throughout the day did not cause the usual road jams. The downpour did result in slowing down of vehicular movement because two wheelers halted to take shelter under the flyovers and some places experienced waterlogging, but the Municipal Corporation of Delhi received a mere three complaints — from Tikri Kalan, Fatehpur Beri and Sangam Vihar. There were reports of trees falling in Karol Bagh, Azadpur and some other areas.
