MLA suspended from Congress

HYDERABAD: The Congress on Monday suspended Chittoor MLA C K Jayachandra Reddy, who is accused of murdering the son of a TDP leader, from the party.
According to information, the suspension of Jayachandra Reddy alias C K Babu was announced Congress Working Committee member and incharge of APCC, Ghulam Nabi Azad in New Delhi.
Reddy was arrested by the Chittoor police on Sunday on charges of killing Ravishankar Chowdary, the son of a TDP leader.Congress sources here said Azad verified the media reports and also gathered information on the incident before suspending Jayachandra Reddy.
