Jaisalmer: Police in the prohibited Mohangarh area of Jaisalmer on Friday caught a suspicious Kashmiri youth. The youth was illegally collecting funds from the township.
Mohangarh police station incharge Harjiram said that on Friday evening Mohammad Farooq, son of Mohammad Raseed, resident of Sarankot of Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir was illegally collecting funds.

He did not have any permission to enter this prohibited area. When asked about funds, he did not give any satisfactory reply on which the police arrested him. The youth is being questioned. On Monday, he will be handed over to the investigation agencies for interrogation.
According to the information, youth Mohammad Farooq earlier too had come to Mohangarh twice. Around 60 kms way from Jaisalmer district headquarters, Mohangarh is a prohibited area. For coming here, it is necessary to take permission from the police. Police are interrogating Mohammad Farooq.
