Two sisters burnt alive in Churu

Jhunjhunu: Two biological sisters died after being burnt alive when a thatched roof suddenly caught fire in Manpura Dhani village of Beedasar tehsil, Churu district, Sunday.According to information, a fire broke out due to unknown reasons in a hut built on Bhagirath Meghwal's farm on Sunday. At the time the fire broke out, 2 biological sisters — 11-year-old Monika and 9-year-old Dali — were sleeping inside the hut. Both died on the spot due to burn injuries. Churu Superintendent of Police Nishchay Prasad stated that an FIR was registered in the deaths of both, and the cause of the fire is being investigated. tnn
