Agency boss rapes woman bouncer in UP's Thakurganj, held

LUCKNOW: A woman bouncer accused her employer of raping her after spiking her drinks at a hotel in Thakurganj. She lodged a complaint with the police. She alleged that the accused, Amit Verma, sent a video of his criminal act to her husband.SHO Thakurganj, Shrikant Rai said the accused was arrested after a case was registered against him. The accused runs a placement agency sending bouncers to manage crowds at events on call.The woman from Thakurganj and her husband both work as bouncers. According to the woman, Amit Verma of Aashiana, runs a company and provides bouncers to event managers on call. During work in Shahjahanpur, Amit took objectionable photographs of her and then started blackmailing her.A few days ago, he called her to meet him at a place to discuss work and gave her a soft drink laced with intoxicants. Then he took her to a hotel in a car, raped her and made a video. He threatened to make it viral and called her to meet him again. When she refused, he sent the video to her husband.It surfaced that the accused was in the habit of sexually exploiting women bouncers. The police said the accused was arrested and sent to jail for the crime.
