The last time Kannada actress Pranitha was in the Karavali belt was for the shooting of Jarasandha a couple of years ago and she remembers it to be a schedule where she couldn’t exolore the region. So this time, she is glad that it wasn’t work that brought her here but the wedding celebrations of a dear friend. “Hence, I had more time on hand to soak in the goings on, the sights and sounds of this place,” says Pranitha.
And the chosen destination for her gang of girls was the seaside historic town of Bekal. “We were at this gorgeous tropical resort and the view included the sea, a river and an infinity pool from our window. We went kayaking, swimming in the lagoon and to view the sunset. It was truly cathartic,” says Pranitha.
Although the region is famous for its sea food, Pranitha being a vegetarian didn’t get too adventurous with food. “But I did indulge in wholesome veg stew, Appams and Neer Dosas,” adds the actress. She has plans to return back someday with her buddies to explore the famous Bekal fort. “That’s where the song
