Cops grill killer boyfriend's pals
Juhu police questioned friends and collegues of management student and financial firm part-timer Prateek Gupta.
Gupta was arrested for killing girlfriend Megha Doshi with a cement slab on Tuesday outside a reputed management institute at Vile Parle.
"We are trying to find out how frequently Gupta and Doshi spoke from their cellphone records," a senior police official said.
"Doshi's family was trying to look for a match. It is not clear whether they knew about her relationship with Gupta," the officer said. Doshi had bagged a good job in a brokerage firm but Gupta was still studying and doing a part-time job.
