Yashashree Raja is Amravati district’s probable Science topper in HSC

Amravati: Shree Brijlal Biyani Science College student Yashashri Santosh Raja has emerged the probable district topper from Science stream in the HSC exam."I want to do my engineering in Artificial Intelligence," she told media persons after she was felicitated by her college principal Dr Deepak Dhote and deputy principal Sitaram Rathi. She underlined the importance of extra efforts, coaching and regular studies. Yashashree, who studied for six hours daily, scored 100 in Maths & Stats, 92 in English, 98 in Physics, 89 in Chemistry and 195 in Computer Science, for overall 97.33%. She attributes her success to the guidance and efforts taken by her mother Mamta, elder sister Nancy, who is a software engineer, grandfather Dilip Popat and Gujarati Education Society president Suresh Raja. "After the death of my father in 2023, they have been a great support and strength for me," she said. Yashashree, who loves basketball and dancing, has cracked JEE Main and wants to clear JEE Advanced. A resident of Pannalal Nagar here, Yashashree was also a merit student in her Class 10 exam, scoring 96.96%.
