Minister opens grievance centres at BSEB

Patna: Education minister Mithilesh Tiwari on Wednesday inaugurated two inquiry-cum-grievance redressal centres at the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) offices on Sinha Library Road and Budh Marg, along with a digital grievance portal for online complaint tracking and SMS updates.The centres have five dedicated counters for matric, intermediate, STET, D El Ed, Simultala admissions, scholarships and administrative grievances. Applicants will receive unique reference numbers for monitoring complaints online. “This initiative is expected to bring significant relief to students, parents, educational institutions and the public by ensuring swift solutions to their issues,” Tiwari said.The system was developed under the guidance of BSEB chairman Anand Kishor.
