Morbi police seize liquor worth 1cr in two raids
Rajkot: Morbi police in two unconnected raids seized liquor worth Rs 1 crore even as the model code of conduct for local body elections is in force. Police, based on the specific information, intercepted a truck parked on the Mitana-Neknam-Paddhari Road, reportedly heading towards Paddhari. Upon inspection, police discovered 14,352 bottles of various brands of IMFL valued at Rs 56.94 lakh. Morbi City A Division police intercepted three cars on the Sanala bypass and recovered the IMFL worth Rs 57 lakh.
