CBSE Board Results 2024 Highlights: CBSE Class 12 records 87.98% pass percentage, while Class 10 secures 93.60%; PM Modi congratulates students
CBSE Board Class 10, 12 Results Highlights: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the CBSE Class 10, 12 Results 2024 today, May 13. As many as 87.98% have cleared the CBSE Class 12 exams this year. Students who took the examination can check their marks at the official websites — results.cbse.nic.in, cbse.gov.in or cbseresults.nic.in. This year, the CBSE Class 10 exams were conducted from February 15 to March 13, whereas the Class 12 exams were held from February 15 to April 2, 2024. Both examinations took place in a single shift i.e., from 10:30 AM to 01:30 PM on all days.Exams were undertaken by a total of 39 lakh students hailing from around 26 different countries. In the national capital alone, 5.80 lakh students participated in the CBSE Board exams 2024, which were conducted across 877 examination centres. The CBSE had made the decision to permanently discontinue the tradition of announcing merit lists for the top-performing students in both Class 10th and 12th examinations. This measure aims to mitigate the prevalence of "unhealthy competition" among students.The results are available on the UMANG app, Digilocker app, Pariksha Sangam portal, and through the SMS facility.
