A total of 14,44,713 students appeared for the HSC examinations conducted between February 10 and March 18, 2026, out of which 14,33,058 students passed, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 89.79%.

Girls outperformed boys, recording a pass percentage of 93.15%, while boys stood at 86.80%.

The results show a decline of 2.09% compared to last year’s pass percentage of 91.88%.

Division-wise performance

Among the nine divisional boards, Konkan division recorded the highest pass percentage at 94.14%, while Latur division recorded the lowest at 84.14%.
