Deepika Padukone's mother and sister visit her after the birth of her and Ranveer Singh's daughter

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh recently became proud parents to a baby girl born on September 8. Taking to their respective IG handles, the ecstatic couple simply posted an announcement, saying "Welcome Baby Girl".
Now, Deepika's mother and sister visited her at her residence. Their car was seen going inside DP and Ranveer's building.


Earlier, Ranveer's sister Ritika Bhavnani visited the couple at the hospital.

Last week, the parents to be were spotted visiting Mumbai’s famous Siddhivinayak Temple to seek blessings ahead of the birth of their first child.

The couple, who were dressed in their traditional best, were accompanied by their families. Ranveer and Deepika were seen walking to the temple bare feet as a mark of reverence, and faith.



Ranveer was seen being protective of his pregnant wife and holding her hand as he led her to the temple. Deepika, ricking the pregnancy glow, stunned in a green silk saree, while Ranveer opted for a subtle kurta.

The couple was seen greeting fellow devotees as they made their way to the temple, with the help of police and bodyguards, clearing the way for them to enter.

Ranveer has also taken a paternity break from work for a bit. Both, Ranveer and DP will be seen next in 'Singham Again' set to release this Diwali. The film stars Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Arjun Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tiger Shroff as well, apart from DP and Ranveer.


Deepika was last seen in 'Kalki 2898 AD' with Amitabh Bachchan and Prabhas which did phenomenally well. She will soon don the cop's uniform for 'Singham Again', co-starring Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor, and Jackie Shroff. Ranveer will also be seen in 'Singham Again', post which he is set to begin work on 'Don 3'. The actor is also a part of Aditya Dhar's next, which sees him alongside Sanjay Dutt, Akshay Khanna, Arjun Rampal among others.
