A self-made woman who has donned many hats, certainly Priyanka has inspired countless people in her journey, first as the winner of the Miss World beauty pageant and later as an actor. Priyanka Chopra Jonas has her own production house called Purple Pebble Pictures. It is located in the heart of the film industry in Mumbai. The company is known for producing small budget films and for promoting new talent such as writers, actors, directors and technicians. In 2016, the company produced ‘Ventilator,’ the award winning Marathi comedy-drama and The Sky is Pink in 2019.

PeeCee further expanded her entrepreneurial ventures in March 2021 when she opened an Indian fusion themed restaurant, Sona, in New York. Stating that she grew up in a luxurious, timeless and diverse country like India, she further added that she wanted to bring the delicious flavours of Indian cuisine from her exotic homeland to cosmopolitan New York.

She has recently set up a hair care brand as well. The brand is called Anomaly and it focuses on treating hair using the most natural ingredients possible. Anomaly also focuses on using less expensive packaging, like plastic trash and infinitely recyclable aluminium along with other natural and healthy ingredients. Priyanka is in Mumbai for Anomaly commitments.

As an angel investor, PeeCee has put her teeth into Bumble, a female-focused dating app that made headlines when it was valued at more than a billion dollars. The novelty in Bumble is that women have to make the first move. This means that only women can send the first message after a mutual match.
