Satish Maneshinde argues in court, "I am not saying Offence is bailable. Bailable or not. Assuming they are non-bailable, my submission has been based on all judgments. The day milord grant judicial custody, the prosecution cannot say you are not regular court for bail or go to special court."
ASG Singh argues that it will have to be considered how influential the people are and if there is a chance of tampering. He further states that this is not an isolated case and any sort of protection in the nature of bail would hamper investigation.

ASG Singh states that the WhatsApp chats and statement (u/s 67 NDPS) and the presence of the accused at the terminal can't be a coincidence. According to him, the statements shows that accused 1 and 2 met at the terminal and their communication will show that they are not new to using these contraband.
Arguments between ASG Singh and Maneshinde continue. The ASG is maintaining that the current court can grant remand but by law it cannot grant bail. Maneshinde citing Bombay Hight Court judgment is trying to establish that the current court and magistrate can grant bail. It's a war of words.

ASG Singh cites Armaan Kohli case to argue, bail application not relevant to this court. He says, "This supports what your honour has held in Armaan Kohli's judgment. Armaan Kohli's bail application was refused on the ground that he is arrested in a case with other accused who have larger quantities even though he does not have".
In HC you have to mention grounds and then the prosecution has enough of time to fill up the loopholes. In the panchnama they have said ‘I am going to have a blast, have a good time,’ with 6gms of charas.
