‘Aasa Kooda’ fame Preity Mukhundhan to make Malayalam debut with ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’

Preity Mukhundhan, who went after her viral song ‘Aasa Kooda,’ is all set to make her debut in the Malayalam film industry. Known for her striking performances and captivating charm Preity will star in the upcoming film ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’, directed by debutant Faisal Faziluddin.

The movie is produced by the makers behind the recently released hit ‘Mandakini’, raising the expectations for this upcoming release. ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’ makers have also unveiled the welcome poster for Preity Mukhundan.

The production team has already generated buzz with the release of an animated motion poster, hinting at a thrilling storyline involving a gangster and three Malayali youngsters in a game of cat and mouse. The cinematography for ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’ is handled by Don Paul P, with music composed by Ajmal Hasbulla and editing by Kannan Mohan.

Preity Mukhundhan’s journey to stardom began with her notable work in the Tamil film industry, where she played a lead role in Star, directed by Elan. The film followed the story of Kalai, a young man from a lower-middle-class family, striving to become a ‘Star’ in the Tamil film industry.
