Dhanush stuns fans with unexpected appearance at AR Rahman’s concert in Chennai

Tamil star Dhanush made a happy surprise as he appeared on stage during a show of Oscar-winning AR Rahman’s Wonderment Tour in Chennai. The ‘Tere Ishk Mein’ actor energized the fans attending the show with his special appearance as they screamed with joy.

When Dhanush walked onto the stage, the actor did not just stand there but also performed with the star composer to strong beats. The moment felt full of energy. People cheered and recorded the special scene on their phones. The night became unforgettable for many fans in Chennai.






In the middle of the concert, Dhanush joined Rahman for a live performance of ‘Usure Pogudhey’. The song started, and the crowd became even louder. People cheered and waved their phones in the air. making it emotional and strong.

After the show, Rahman shared a photo from the concert on Instagram. Along with the picture, he also shared a personal note. He wrote, “Home sweet home ..my loving clan ..touched EPI .. Ps ..before I take a sabbatical for the next 40days from social media ..this is a nice way to sign off”.

The concert celebrated Rahman’s long music journey of more than 30 years. The show began with songs from Roja, his first film from 1992. After that, Rahman played many famous songs from his career. One of them was ‘Jai Ho’, which brought him two Academy Awards.



The stage also had many singers with Rahman. Chinmayi Sripada later shared a note and called the moment “surreal.” Rahman’s son AR Ameen also performed. Singers Nisa Shetty, Nitesh Aher, Amrutha Suresh, Nakul Abhyankar, Adithya RK, Rakshita Suresh, and Srinivasa were part of the show. The Wonderment Tour has travelled to many countries before. But the Chennai concert felt more special. It was like Rahman coming home.
