Krithi Shetty talks about joining ‘Love Insurance Kompany’
While speaking with The Hollywood Reporter, Krithi Shetty shared that it was a very quick decision for her. She shared, “Vignesh Shivan sir narrated the film, and I think it’s one of the quickest yeses that I’ve ever said!”
Film took time due to heavy preparation
Krithi Shetty said the team started shooting the film two years ago. But before that, they spent a lot of time in preparation. But since the film is based in the future, they had to do a lot of pre-production before going on board.” She also shared that she was shooting for another film at the same time, but things worked out well in the end.
The ‘ARM’ star also shared that the story felt very cute and relatable to her. She explained that even though the film is set in the future, it talks about things we already see today. She said, “Even 10 years ago, some of the things we do today would have sounded bizarre... but now it’s relevant.” She gave a simple example. She said today people take photos of everything they eat and share it online. She added, “If you don’t post it on Instagram, you feel like you’re missing out. All these things we’ve explored, which I think people will really connect to.”
