People allowed to come late to offices in Hyderabad

Hyderabad correspondent Siddhartha reports, city administration has given permission to come one hour late to offices to avoid unforseen incidents due to heavy rains. Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation commissioner Janardhan Reddy appeals to denizens except municipal employees and other Emergency teams, not to travel for one hour in the city due to heavy rains He is also expected to meet with chief secretary to review the situation.

Traffic movement slow in Gurgaon, reports Chetna Choudhry

Traffic movement has been affected in areas like Golf Course Road, Sohna Road, Hero Honda Chowk, Old Delhi-Gurgaon Road, HUDA City Centre and Delhi-Gurgaon expressway. Traffic jams have been reported on MG Road, Sikanderpur and DLF phase II areas.

Traffic affected due to waterlogging on many roads, TOI reporter Somreet Bhattacharya reports

The movement of vehicles has been hampered due to waterlogging at many places including at Bharthal Chowk on Dwarka Link Road, Wazirabad Road, Apsara roundabout, Mandoli and Rajokri flyover. Traffic is affected on NH-24. Low lying areas on the Ring Road and outer Ring Road in south Delhi are also severely affected.
