Reacting to DMK’s state-wide protest against the proposed delimitation bill, BJP leader K Annamalai said Thursday he did not see any black flags during his travel through Tiruchendur, Mudukulathur and Ramanathapuram, despite chief minister M K Stalin’s call for demonstrations.
He further claimed that delimitation would not be based on the 2011 Census and accused Stalin of spreading “false information”, adding that Tamil Nadu’s MP count could increase from 39 to 59.
