FIFA World Cup 2026 is all set to begin soon. The 23red edition of the much-awaited sports tournament will begin on June 11 and the final match will take place on 19 July. The Indian football fan will also be able to catch all the action live. The football enthusiasts will be able to watch the live matches of FIFA World Cup 2026 on Zee5 as the service provider has secured the digital rights for the popular sports tournament. All the FIFA World Cup matches will be live streamed on the Zee5 app and website. However, the viewers will have to purchase a subscription plan to watch the matches. The platform will stream all the matches in both English and Hindi commentary.Along with this, those who prefer to watch the games on traditional television can opt for the recently launched Unite8 Sports channels plans. Zee has introduced the Unite8 Sports channels which are dedicated to the FIFA World Cup 2026. The complete coverage is devided across the four channels which include Unite8 Sports 1, Unite8 Sports 1 HD, Unite8 Sports 2, and Unite8 Sports 2 HD. All these channels will broadcast matches live with commentary options in English and Hindi.

Zee5 subscription plans

In order to stream the football world cup online, the fans will also have to select from Zee5’s premium subscription plans. The digital broadcaster offers a plan of Rs 799 for three months called the All Access + Sports plan which costs Rs 266 per month and covers the entire tournament. Apart from this, the viewers can also select the Premium Annual plan which costs Rs 1,699 per year (Rs 142 per month) and offers 4K Ultra HD quality, Dolby Atmos sound, and streaming on up to four devices. Industry insiders suggest that a dedicated World Cup pass may also be introduced closer to kickoff.
