The Delhi High Court has ordered Apple to fully cooperate with the Competition Commission of India's antitrust probe into App Store practices, rejecting the company's bid to halt proceedings. Apple, which has refused to submit financial data to the CCI since October 2024, faces a potential penalty of up to $38 billion under India's competition law. The regulator cannot issue a final ruling before July 15.
