Television actress Shiny Doshi, who has been a part of a successful TV show and was last seen in Pandya Store, is all set to make a comeback. The actrss has joined the player lineup of the upcoming reality show 'The 50'.
The globally popular format is making its Indian debut and will bring together a diverse mix of celebrities and creators in a strategy-led competition.
Shiny has built a good career in the television industry with long running daily soaps and roles that audiences have connected with. By joining the reality show The 50, she is moving away from scripted roles to a format where her real personality, instincts, and decisions will be seen.
Talking about what drew her to the show, Shiny said, “Returning to television after three years feels incredibly special, especially with a show like The 50. I’ve always believed that listening, observing and choosing wisely can be just as powerful as strength or speed, and that’s exactly what this show celebrates. The 50 is unlike anything I’ve done before — unpredictable, intense and a whole new ballgame. For me, it’s about staying aware, trusting my instincts, and letting every moment guide me naturally through the game.
”
Other actors who have been finalised for the show are
Karan Patel, Mr Fairu, Monalisa and her husband Vikrant Singh Rajpoot,
Divya Agarwal, Chahat Pandey, Digvijay Singh Rathee amongst others. The reality show is quite different from Bigg Boss and is being promoted as one of the biggest reality shows on Indian television. Unlike regular formats, The 50 brings 50 celebrities together under one roof for around 50 episodes. What makes it unique is that viewers don’t just watch the show, they actively take part by selecting contestants to support, and if their chosen contestant wins, they receive a share of the prize money.
