The United Arab Emirates has revealed the scale of incoming attacks during the ongoing conflict, stating that its air defence systems have intercepted more than 500 Iranian missiles since hostilities began. According to the UAE Ministry of Defence, the figures include 507 ballistic missiles, 24 cruise missiles, and over 2,191 drones — pointing to a sustained and high-volume campaign targeting Gulf states. On April 5 alone, UAE defences reportedly engaged 9 ballistic missiles, 1 cruise missile, and 50 drones, with no casualties recorded in that specific round. Despite the intensity of these attacks, the overall casualty figures remain relatively limited but notable. Authorities report 13 deaths since the start of the conflict, including military personnel and civilians of multiple nationalities, along with 217 injuries. The data provides rare official insight into the scale and persistence of Iranian strikes across the region.
