Twisha Sharma Case: Husband Samarth Singh Surrenders In Court, Taken Into Police Custody | Watch

Twisha Sharma dowry death case saw major development, accused husband Samarth Singh surrendered in the case. His lawyer told the bench that anticipatory bail plea would be withdrawn immediately. Counsel also requested same day hearing of bail after surrender before trial court. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta opposed the request during arguments before the High Court. He said accused has been absconding and must surrender before investigating officer.
