HC grants bail to OTET question paper leak accused
Cuttack: Observing that the trial in the OTET question paper leak case is unlikely to conclude in the near future, the Orissa high court has granted bail to Board of Secondary Education (BSE) vice-president Nihar Ranjan Mohanty and seven other accused, who have been in custody for around seven months. The order was passed by a single judge bench of Justice Gourishankar Satapathy on March 5, while hearing eight bail petitions arising out of the same case.
